• Shipping

    • All orders are packed to help ensure that your new corals arrive in the best of health with no damage.
    • All orders are carefully shipped via Fedex Priority Overnight, arriving to you between 10:30am - 1:30pm depending on your location.
    • You will be contacted via email after your order has been placed to confirm a delivery date. Your order will not be shipped until a delivery date has been confirmed. Someone must be available to accept your order. We recommend sending to a climate controlled FedEx facility and picking up in a timely manner if no one can be available.
    • For the safety of your corals, we may hold your order due to inclement weather. You will be contacted and we will arrange a shipment date when conditions are more favorable.
    • We cannot be responsible for unexpected delays caused by Fedex. If your order has arrived late and your corals have perished, please contact us so we can help. We will do what we can to come up with a beneficial solution.
    • Please note that additional shipping charges apply for east coast shipments. Your corals will be shipping from San Diego, CA.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Arrive Alive Guarantee

    • Your corals are guaranteed to arrive alive. If your order has come Dead On Arrival (DOA), we will send a replacement or offer store credit for one-of-a-kind items.
    • If your corals are DOA you must send a clear image of the coral still sealed in the bag within 2 hours of delivery time to novaseamarine@gmail.com.
    • We cannot be responsible for unexpected delays or errors caused by Fedex.
    • You are expected to be available to accept your delivery. If your order is left outside in direct sunlight, cold/hot temperatures, rain, snow or other types of inclement weather for a prolonged period, the guarantee may be voided.
    • We are not responsible for shipping costs on replacement items. Your replacement coral can be added to a future order, we will hold it for 30 days.
